As we all know, even if you don't I let you know that in 1984 there was drought in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal. And there was a foreign Chemical company named Union Carbide an American Company which used to develop MIC, the most dangerous poisoned chemical you ever know.
The character that I liked was of course Rajpal yadav, because that character tells us the reality of human behavior. By watching the movie we all can anticipate that this whole thing could have been stopped, even if one person had worked properly. They could have saved thouse thousand of life which turned into dead body that night. Just think that you are sleeping in the night, unaware of what's all happening around the world, a poisoned gas leaked and you are taking it as breath. And you are going towards death but you don't know that, suddenly you realize that something is wrong with the air, but as soon as you realized, you started feeling the burning on your whole body, you went to the bathroom and pour the water all ov
er your body, but then that chemical which was on your body, by having water with it, it turns in to cyanide and you started feeling the worst moment of your whole life. You forgot that you are here to attend a wedding, you are here to enjoy but all of those thoughts went in to gutter, the only thing in your mind is that now what to do to save yourself. It was a worst death for human history. There were so many children, women but all of them turned in to a body with no blood. How would you react on this?
In 1984, a few months before the disaster, Dilip (Rajpal Yadav), a rickshaw driver, loses his pay source as his rickshaw breaks down while transporting an employee to the Union Carbide pesticide plant in Bhopal. Dilip lives in the slums around the plant with his wife, a son and his sister. He gets a job in the plant as a labourer, and is happy since his daily wage is restored.

Dilip had a friend named Motwani, who was a news reporter, he tried to expose Union carbide so many times, but failed. He first went to the doctor and asked about MIC chemical. The doctor knew that when MIC mix with water it creates cyanide, but he refused to give his statement. Even after that there was a cure, but doctor didn't order that for more, so when the people were dying they went to hospital, so the cure was not enough to save the thousand life.
There was another worker inside the company, he was engineer, but due to fear of losing his job he was silent. But finally when he saw that it will not last for so many days, then he was going to resign, but the day he was resigning all thing happened.
Dilip (Rajpal Yadav) was a very poor person, when he started working in the company as a labourer he had a friend who used to work as a supervisor, but one day his friend died because of MIC, then there was no one to take the job of supervisor, the man in charge saw Dilip working very hard for money, so he made him the supervisor. A supervisor with no knowledge at all. He started getting more money and he was happy. But one day his reporter friend Motwani published in his news paper about union carbide, then Dilip asked Motwani,"Where were when I didn't had any job, where were you when my family was struggling for one time meal, It was carbide who gave me life then." But then Motwani told him about his supervisor friend, how he died. That changed Dilip a bit. And he decide that once he will marry his sister in a good family then he will leave carbide, but the day her sister marriage was, on the same day that disaster happened.
There were so many people who are responsible for this, the engineer, in charge, other senior worker, some political leaders, and the doctor also. This could have been stopped. But the biggest reason was Warren Anderson, who ran away by the help of congress ministers. He didn't explained any reason, he didn't take any responsibility about it, and the most important the whole carbide never apologies for what happened in Bhopal that night. This really hurt us much, that we never made that person bound to give the accountability of the life of those thousand innocent people. Why they never had any test of MIC with water, if they have and they did know what MIC become after mixing with water, then why they did not announced precautions, because of them innocent people died, and our government helped them to run away. :(
