If you'll ask me to select among any male employee or female employee, I would select female to work with me. The reason is the way women work. I do not have much experience in modern one's but I have seen my sisters and mom, and the quality they have to bear the pressure, bear the pain and surviving in the worst condition, this makes them tremendous as a professional.
There are a lot of work that a man need to improve, but I think women just need a chance to prove herself. The most important thing you need to remember while chasing your dream is that you'll have to sacrifice so many things. And a woman who sacrifice her family to make other family complete, I don't think there can be any other greater sacrifice than this. Then she also sacrifice her dreams, she also sacrifice her thoughts, because she wants to complete someone else dreams and wants to support to someone else thoughts. Even then all she got is the tag of illiterate, villager and many more things. I am talking about some Indian mom's, who sacrifice everything for her husband and children.
Don't know why but I believe that my mom has something special in her, all she needed was a chance. She is amazing in knitting, sewing and every other artistic thing. She learns tech very nicely. She never learned ABCD in her school time, but still she was the one to taught me my first English. She sacrificed so many food so that we can eat, she sacrificed her entertainment so that we could laugh, she sacrificed her sleep so that I could dream. She is the strongest women I have ever seen.
When I discussed this with my father, he said that every mother in India or outside India bear such pressure, pain, and survive like that. They are the one who face the real pain of life, still they smile, and sacrifice so many things easily for us.
My mom still don't eat before us. She believes in so many old things, she keeps fast for her children and husband, and she believes that by doing that she is helping us to live longer. I don't know if that works or not but I wanna say one thing that she can do anything if she want.
Every woman deserve to fulfill her dreams, and if I will get any chance to let a women achieve what she want I would be proud on my own luck then.
Thank you
